Bio
Chris was selected in the 16th round of the 2007 MLB Draft by the New York Mets after a standout collegiate baseball career. He played collegiately at the University of Notre Dame and George Mason University, where he closed out his career with an exceptional junior season at George Mason, batting .369 with 14 home runs, 53 RBIs, 20 doubles, 79 hits, 60 runs, a .668 slugging percentage, a .461 on-base percentage, and 13 steals. Earlier in his career, Chris was recognized as the 2003 Gatorade Player of the Year in the state of Connecticut.
Chris now resides in St Augustine, with his wife, Laura Jane, their three sons — Colton, Wyatt, and Gunner — and their daughter, Maci.
